Refund policy
1. Repairs and losses
All Talina products are handmade. I try to make them as perfect as possible, but there might be some small imperfections, that’s what make them special. Unfortunately sometimes they can be broken. If this is the case contact me through instagram and send a photo of the damages.
If you happen to loose one earring, bare in mind that they are not offered by units. It’s a matter of logistics!
2. Returns and refunds policy
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted. Each piece is produced upon order and I don’t keep stock (yet).
3. Custom orders
You can create a special combination with an extra 10€ cost. For that contact through Instagram DM and I’ll guide you through the process!
4. Shipping
Each piece is made upon order, so please allow up to four weeks for each piece to be crafted.
Costs depends on destination:
Domestic aka Spain: 4,5€
Rest of the world (including Balearics): 8€
Lost or disappeared packages are not Talina’s responsibility if it is indicated as delivered.
